    The description does not clearly says it is a NULL MODEM cable (cross linked) but still could be. In default serial adapters are STRAIGHT. You might need a male-female Null modem dongle. Free to give a try. make sure baud rate settings are the same on the cutter and on your cutting software.

    Netsol gave you a link of a SERIAL cable. IT could could work. In your post it is a similar looking PARALLEL cable. changing gender will not make it SERIAL. GX-24 does not have parallel port.

    What Cable? It needs to be a NULL MODEM (Cross link) SERIAL cable or adapter. USB-Serial adapters mostly Straight. null modem cable or adapter needs to be attached. None of those items you have ordered can be used.

    Change USB Class on one of your Cutter to USB 2 or any different than the other. than you can select it in Summa Cutter Control.

    Unfortunately Summa software support for Mac is not a good one. There is a GoSign AI Plugin for Mac, adds registration mark and sends the job for GoSign. But the cutter and GoSign runs on PC Best Option for Mac users with Illustrator is Graphtec Cutting Master 4 (NOT 5) and a Graphtec Cutter.

    The Cropmark is depending on the selected Cutter . Finding the correct color Profile for the Roland is the worrying part.
