  1. HP 365 Latex - Pip Floater

You can redo the calibration as often as you want. Besides the 10 digit number, there are also the offset and gain values printed on the label. If these are correct, the "calibration" worked. ISS PCA stands for Ink System Subsystem Printed Circuit Assembly (or something like this...) and...
  2. HP 365 Latex - Pip Floater

Have you removed the clear plastic protector, that is over contacts?
  3. Need Help Roland Peck2

It works with all Rolands. With the latest models(VG3, SG3) , you need a number to enter the system switch mode. Call a certified technician...
  4. HP Barcodes unreadable, Improperly Printed by Flexi?

Be sure, the sensor touches the vinyl. I often saw, that the sensor was off it's "hinge", (a set screw) If that happens, Opos doesn't work correctly.
  5. Bn-20 is toast. What’s next?

The only technology to print on vinyl with less maintenance is thermal transfer like Durachrome or Gerber Edge. That comes with the price of more expensive and specialised consumables and less resolution.

  9. Looking for some things to bring this DC3+ back to life.

I wouldn't be aware, that those chips have a expiration date. The "sensor" are just two contacts, that could use a cleaning with alcohol or contact spray.
  10. Roland xr-640 Carriage 10 and 40 errors

    Exactly what I expected...
  11. Thoughts on storing a used HP Latex 330

-10 doesn't sound good... I had to empty a R1000 for shipment. There is a procedure and a device you can borrow from HP. When the ink freezes in the tubing, it will destroy things I'm not aware, that something similar exists for the small printers.
  12. Just replaced both print heads (OEM) on my SG-300, now it won't print anything

The fuses for the printheads are on the carriage board on SG and VG printers. Not on the main, or head board, as they used to be on older printers with Epson heads.
  13. Printer not printing red

  14. Printer not printing red

The cartridges are slanted downwards a little bit on the HP 300 and 500 series. If there isn't enough ink throughput, the heavier pigments sink down and are consumed first.(if the cartridges aren't shaken every month or so) You can shake a cartridge as long as you want. When the pigment-heavy...
  15. Roland BN-20 Overspray after a manual clean.

Looks like there was a head crash.
