we mainly use Corel draw for designing. VERY often we get files from clients that we need to import into corel and more times than not, we have these same issues. It is an Illustrator issue. Hate that program. it has caused us so much grief!!

when I start up the machine and it does it's booting routine, the Z is checked and the spindle goes up and down. If there was an issue with the wire (wherever that is) should it not detect it in the startup routine?

Our rule of thumb is that a 3/16" acrylic will shrink by 1" for every 20ft. So on your 19ft long box i would cut it 1" shorter. You will also need to use an expansion moulding. We use 1/2" X 1" angle and screw a piece to the front side and one to the back side. see file attached. As for the...

I have been using my foot shear for acm for many years. NEVER ANY ISSUES. cut perfectly. I also have a Guillotine cutter that ruins the edges.
