Has anyone tried Avery SF100 Chrome with UV inks?

Has anyone printed on Avery SF100 Chrome with LUS-170 inks and Contour Cut through bleeds? Any feed back would be appreciated, I will probably order a sample for testing. I am currently using MetalEffect 13102K 2mil, but the Avery is a bit cheaper.

I mostly make indoor stickers, so I don't need anything used for vehicle wraps. I do occasionally need outdoor material as well, but for this specific job any bargain basement silver will do! Preferably 48" to 60" wide. I have used R-Tape before, looking for cheaper, maybe I need to import from...

I know this is an old post, but what is this cheap chrome that you speak of? I am looking for something cheap for indoor use, UV printable.

Does anyone have a lead on cheap silver with a chrome finish that works well with LUS 170 UV ink? I just need it for indoor stickers, and I have tested some where the ink will flake off if you contour cut through the ink, or scratch it.

I get a lot of Canva files, they can be "shared" as a PDF, they call it shared instead of Save As or Download? A few problems, most of the times their Logo ends up being rasterized and the text are live fonts. Canva can only design in RGB, which you need to explain about the colour difference...

Agreed, however the brand of gum matters! Nothing holds like Hubba Bubba, just ask any high school janitor, wait.. can we call them janitors?

Possibly a font licensing issue? If the font does not have the proper licensing it may disappear outside of illustrator. Maybe try a different font, or convert to paths.

Sell it! If this printer is not your main money maker and you hardly use it, find someone local that you can buy from wholesale and resell for a profit.

What my RIP can't do, I just do in Illustrator.

A white background will not print as white, you have to use a named spot color for the VS-640 and VersaWorks to print white. Maybe your background is not 0% CMYK? We have printed artwork supplied by the client in the past, and they complained that the background was not white, well the file may...

There is a tile feature in VersaWorks for large signs, but I have never tried it with cut lines. unfortunately I no longer have a Roland to test it.
