I download "MSA_V507_en“ （MUTOH Service Assistance）

but I can not registration

(you do not have permission to use MSA)

Is this software only for Maintenance staff or not?

please help?

I bought my mutoh & refurbihed it about 2 yers ago
have been unable to transfer registration of the Machine & was told this was only possible if i
had purchased from a mutoh dealer

i attempted that about 100 times & called mutoh repeatedly

if you had success i will try again, but, i was told when i bought the machine (end of november 2022) that only an authorized dealer could do that.

I’m an Equpment Tech with Fellers. You want to use Mutoh Status Monitor, not Mutoh Service Assistant.
The Mutoh Club site will register a ham sandwich if you click enough boxes.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
If you have an older model, MSA version 4 doesn't require a login and you can do all the tech stuff like updating firmware. Newer models require MSA 5 and a login though.
