I have a request from a customer for custom temporary tattoos for a promotional excersise,the type that you rub a wet sponge on to apply to the skin, has anyone here come accross a printable paper that i can lay the tattoos on and be water soluble, so they can be washed off in a few days?

Do you have FDA approved inks for your printer?....Can you do them yourself and be CPSIA compliant?...
