Hello! I'am trying to run Vinyl Master Pro but message comes up "DONGLE NOT FOUND". I have my plotter set-up on the PCI Parallel Port (LPT2).

Plotter seems to run fine. But I'm not sure if the port my plotter is on has anything to do with the system not recognizing the dongle.

Hope this question make sense to someone!

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you.:help:

Are you running XP?
Is this a new installation?

You probably need to get the updated HASP drivers for the dongle. I assume you arebrunning XP.

Mark In Texas... I'am running Windows 98 and YES this is a new installation.

Gerald... I assume I have the updated HASP Drivers because I just purchased the program NEW. I'm running Windows 98.

I would go to http://www.aladdin.com/support/hasp/hasp4/enduser.asp and see what they say about it. Then go to the Vinyl Master Pro web site and see what they say. Many times you have to do this when theres a dongle involved.

Also,
VMP has a bug in it. This bug unregisteres VMP when DST is in effect.

Hi Techman... I thought it only unregistered itself on earlier versions without
Dongle Key?
