Hi All,
It's been brought to my attension that some of the venders of the Big Squeegee are not very supportive. I can only deal with the problem if I know what the problem is.
If you have bought a Big Squeegee from a source other than my web site I would like to here from you. Please e-mail me privatly and tell me what you bought, who the vender was and what was sent. Positive feedback would be helpfull too.
The information I get will help me to work with venders to give you and others better service in the future.

P.S. I'm running a contest and the winner gets a free Big Squeegee.
The rules are simple. Post a story about the Big Squeegee that you think that an owner of the Big Squeegee would believe and a skeptic would not. The winner will be determined by a vote from Big Squeegee owners in the week of Sept 18th.
