Epson 1280 CIS

Can anyone recommend a good vendor for an Epson 1280 CIS system, including inks? I've searched here, eBay, and the web, but I'm not really thrilled with anything I've found. I'm not looking for dye sub (at least not now) and I'm looking for pigment inks. I just burned through 3 sets of carts doing 100 11x17 full-color posters, and need a cheaper but reliable ink solution.

I don't sell ink but anything that your Epson will take, you can run through this.
