I've been scratching my head trying to place this and can't recall what the brand or product is or was ... but it is definitely the artwork for a logo that has been around for years. Perhaps some brand of scotch whiskey. It is not a dragoon by any stretch. It is a Scottish Highlander.

SCOTCH WISKEY BOTTLES...heheheheheheheh emptied a few...... i used to have an aftershave....called BLACK WATCH and it had one of these on the bottle...
