Looking for a Mutoh parts source hopefully in the US. I need an encoder strip for a Falcon Outddor 62". And like everyone else I really need it now!

Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried taking it out, cleaning it, flipping it from top to bottom and reinstalling?

Maybe a temporary fix until you get a new one.

yeah, tried it. No luck. Was thinking about flipping it right to left. Not sure if it would work?
