The bottom type is Myriad Roman (Italic)

Actually it isn't.


The fonts are Cosmos Extra Bold and Cosmos Light Italic.

Ummm...I'll stick with my answer for the bottom text. The "g", "e", and "s" are different in the Cosmos font.

By gosh you're right. I simply looked at the light italic of the same font the company is done in and didn't inspect it that closely when it appeared, at first glance, to be right. It is fairly usual to see a different member of the same font family used in these situations.
