Falcon Jr Printhead doesnt stay over cap station

Hi All,

Does anyone knows why the printheads would not stay over the cap station.
when the machine is power up and after printing the cap station always moves about 1/2 inch away from the cap station.

also the black head seems to be out of aligment, it prints sligthly on top of the next color, I'd read that you need an special jig to adjust the printheads, is there any alternatives

Sounds like you need to do some adjustments to the firm ware on the printer. These are fairly simple if you have a service manual. Private Message me if you don't have one and i'll see if I can help.
