You can find the actual highway fonts here...

http://www.terminaldesign.com/retail_specimen.php?ID=1129&viewFam=1
http://www.fhwa.org/
http://www.fontbureau.com/fonts/font_frames.tpl?fontname=Interstate

though the price is a little steep...this would be of course for an actual, MUTCD compliant sign...for similar non compliant....

http://www.1001fonts.com/font_details.html?font_id=869

keep an old 98 machine around for that casMate program... never know when the old workhorse will get you out of a jam.

I have mine loaded on a 98 tower that sits in a corner out of site behind a monitor for my latest-greatest newer XP pro, but I have a KVM switch allowing me to access the 98 machine when needed by using the same keyboard monitor & mouse. 2 clicks toggles me from one computer to the next.
