just wondering how to get a .ptf file into flexi it wont import it ? any ideas it says crt but no ptf

FlexiPro 7.6 and higher (8.x) are able to use the PTF file format. Previous versions of 7 use the CFT format. Both of these plug into and are accessed by the Production Manager program, and not the FlexiSIGN application. PTF files plug into the Production Manager via File Menu > Import Preset.

i cant find the file menu in my production manager ? it says

Of Flexi are you running? Look in Flexi or Production Manager under the Help > About Menu. YOu must be running 7.6 or higher to use the PTF file format.
