I saw one of these at a local sign-a-rama and newly imployed people who knew nothing were using it and it worked very good. I myself just handle the roll by hand and never have any problems. All in all it looked fool proof to me.

O I know, I just figured he'd have a set price to sell them to the public. Buying it through ebay only adds an extra step that's, to be perfectly honest, somewhat annoying. I'm simple minded... I like to do stuff the easy way.

However, it's a free country and he can do business as he pleases. I suppose it was... just a suggestion. To try to make things easier.

Anyways, question has been answered. Thanks. If I get a chance I might like to try one out. At $35, heck, it's worth a shot. Might save me on 12' tape runs when I'm doing it by myself.:tongue:

all it is is 1" square stock welded together and a flat piece with 2 holes drilled (for drilling to table) and caps and plugs 2-3" tall , All together around 15 bucks in materials and that will build you 3 of them i have already followed the design but changed alot to work out to my needs. Cant say anything about him or his products i will get band from site but his Roller is Great!!

You can build this unit real easy for your self. all it takes is a few pieces of metal, plugs, a plastic pole and a little welding.and a little extra time.

The reason I sell these on Ebay is because they take most of the bookeping off my hands they sell it, invoice it, get my money all for a small fee. This is a fun thing I get Email from all over the world and I realy enjoy hearing from those who have bought the tape holders and rollers. If i was trying to make a lot of money on these units I would have gone wholesale long ago. At my stage in life who needs the hassle. Henry Goines

You can also use the tape holder to hold digital material and banners. Just mount on the wall and buy a long 3/4" pvc poll from the local hardware gets the material off the flo and covered up. Henry Goines

I wish I would have seen this earlier today... I saw something called "the shark", sold by someone in the UK - $99.00. I knew I could make something for alot less so I headed to Harbor Freight and bought two tape dispensers. About 45 minutes later, and $12.00, I had a wood version of "The Shark" and it works great! Like I said though, I wish I would have seen this thread, I would have bought Henry's product in a minute! For the price it would be well worth it.

Bought a single tape holder, used it today, pretty dang nice. Nothing super fancy but gets the job done and nothing to break. May get a double for other end of my bench.

Suckers are GREAT for magnets. Buy several, mount 'em on an "island" or "serving" cart, and you just have to swivel it to have your stuff.

Pardon in the delay on the question in what is the differance in the magnetic material holder and the double.tape holder Now they are the same.
