Cut Paths not working in Onyx

I am having a problem with Onyx Poster Shop 7. I have created a cut path using the spot color, and everything looks good. After printing the job, their is only 25% of the cut paths showing in cut server, always the top left corner. Tech support tried to help yesterday, but still not working. Can anyone help me with this?

what are you setting your file up in? are you also getting a weed border around part of the cut file in cutserver? send me the file @ case@mchsi.com and I'll see if i get the same results.
