There's your answer in your own request.... it has to come naturally. If you have to learn how to be nice... you're gonna have a long learning curve ahead of you.

Well... It's 6:20 in Hawaii... but as usual, ya gotta get up preetty early to beat Fred to the punch.
I'll ditto his comment though. I'd heard of that book for a quarter of a century, which is probably only half it's life in print... but I read it last year, and it is the perfect answer to Stan's question, and a must read for any shop owner or customer service person. (wouldn't hurt for more forum participants to read... but then, good advice doesn't always stick, as in my case:rolleyes: )

lol.... dad's got all kind of those books and cd's at home. I tell you what though... they work. I just asked him what one was his favorite but he can't remember the names. We get alot of people in here shopping for prices on truck stuff and we are really nice to them no matter what. We always say thankyou for stopping and hope you stop back. Then they make the drive to the competitors which there are 4 in the area and they always come back here and order.... just because we were nicer than the guy down the road. (we know cause we've been told that countless times) I'll find out what books he's got... a picture probably will do best since he's got so many, but each one he's read and each one taught him something. I've read a few myself when i still lived at home.
