Need a new digital materials supplier

We're in the process of phasing out one of our current suppliers that we use, even to the point of renewing our Mimaki warranty with another supplier just to not deal with this one any more. However, just because I don't like keeping all of my proverbial eggs in one basket, I'm looking for another supplier. Does anyone have any recommendations of companies that they like dealing with?

Grimco...they are excellent! They are also a Mimaki distributor and all their techs are Mimaki certified as well. If their phone support can't help you with a problem (which is rare, Grimco phone tech support know me by first name and are very good at what they do!) their techs will come to you....if a part breaks on your machine and its under warranty their techs will come to you and fix it! I luckily have a branch near me so if I order something one day and it in stock which it usually is that order is sitting at my door before lunch the next day! If its not at my local branch it will be here in 2-3 days! If I were you I'd go with Grimco!

Thanks for the rec, Jerhemi. I should've mentioned that the supplier we are elated with and are transferring our Mimaki warranty over to IS Grimco. They've been an immense help with any tech issues I've had, and we didn't even buy the printer from them. But I completely agree with you that Grimco is stellar, and really sets the bar high in terms of customer service.

we get excellent service from Advantage Sign Supply, like Grimco they have in house tech support for all equipment they sell..and some they don't sell:wink:

we also get great service from Gregory, although since they moved the warehouse to indianapolis, out next day delivery is gone too two days...and they are 2 hours from here originally:help:
