My local supplier is becoming an unreliable source for A-boards.

They are extremely good quality, but they don't always have them ready

to sell. I am looking for a supplier, I don't care where they are as long as

the products are good quality . . .

Example : good wood covered in vinyl with white [or] black t-molding,

rubber feet and heavy duty connecting straps [NOT HINGES] . . .

Anybody have a good source . . . possibly a picture of one.

Thanks for the input !

Here's an example of the inside and outside of the A-boards !

Replicator,

Try Sign Pros. They're in Redmond and they're probably the largest real-estate sign company in WA. I think they sell A-boards directly. (425) 885-3204. They're one of my best clients and are really easy to work with.

Check out the Signacade A-Frame. It heavy duty.
These are popular in amusement parks, on the Boardwalk, etc. Most suppliers have them or will order them for you.

Sign Pros boards are painted plywood with no t-molding and no feet,

and Signacade boards are lightweight plastic . . .

Wow, I guess I should start my own A-board company !

I figured with hundreds of sign makers, I'd be gettin' A-board suppliers

left and right . . . Boy was I wrong !

I've usually made those similar types of boards in the past , before Plasticade and Signcade came along. I like the looks of yours there, but I've never seen them for sale anywhere...

They look home made from a woodworker dont think you will find anything like that already for sale at any suppliers need to find you a wood worker and take one to them and get a price.

i like the easy black pick up handle does it have a chain stop ??:help:

Are you currently getting them from Western Wholesalers? That's where we buy and ours look like yours. I think they are in Tacoma, WA.

If you need more specifics I can check with the front office in the morning.

even though there is several mfg. of differant types of A frames for sidewalk use ...biggest problem is wind, cost, or it's to heavy and cumbersume some put wheels on or just let it set....but MDO with vinyl surface ..simple hindges ..... rounded and cut out legs ... a way to add wheels...you got a winner

Signicade frames are indeed plastic, but they are very strong and durable plastic. Then you can either fill them with water or sand for weight and you're all set!
