Black is off on Nozzle Check

Only the black seems to be off on the nozzle check.. I'm not sure what to do.
I've flooded the caps with cleaning solution and run a LOT of powerful cleaning cylces. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm having an issue similar. If you have a pump leaking, the ink will melt a gear in the capping station. Mine did and I have to replace the entire maintenance station. It could be the black damper or the pump or the ink lines to the waste bottle may be plugged. If the pad on the black cap is puffy or rippled, the cap is shot. Call your tech where you bought the printer.

looks like all the black nozzles may be there, just misdirected.

Clean and or replace the wiper.
Use some solution out of a cleaning cartridge if you have it.
