Hi all,
www.mediaoneusa.com (http://www.mediaoneusa.com)
Has anyone ever been able to talk to these guys?
I saw a small write up and paid ad in the May issue of "Sign Builder Illustrated" announcing a 2mil cast vinyl (with air release) for Aqueous pigment printers.
Being the water based guy that I am, I scooted over to their website and found - not a single mention of it.
Tried to call the toll free 888 number from the ad and the 877 number from the web page and neither one would take a call from Guam (unusual but not out of the question from here).
I sent 2 notes by email over the course of the last week to the 2 emails I found on the site (one for the pres and one for the vp), no replies..... yet.
The write up displayed their shop truck wrapped and the ad was a full 3/4 page so I assume this is a ready to go to market film.
A 2mil cast film would be a nice option for me, even for just regular vehicle graphics, depending on the cost & availability.
Anyone here know anything about this product?
They call it Fast Wrap and laminated list a 3 year warranty.

I got through on the phone and was transfered to Jason - he is listed as the Media One CEO on the contact page.
He said he had read my email and replied but that they were having some mail problems with their ISP.
He told me the M1 Wrap was $499.00 for a 54"x75' roll and that it was available in stock.
And within 60 days they would have a second production run that would give them enough inventory to go ahead and promote it on their website.
It is not cheap at almost twice the cost of 180c per square foot, but as the only game in town for aqueous, not that bad.
I forgot to ask if they had sample rolls before plunking down $500.00 for some test runs. Gotta follow up on this tomorrow.
