Need source for this sign frame - See pic

Customer just dropped off one of these frames. I need 3 to 6 of them and I can't seem to find a source.
The panel that is hanging in the center measures 18x24. It is NOT designed to have a sign panel clipped to it or bolted to it. The frame dimensions are
31" high x 26.25" wide.

Look familiar to anyone?

Closest thing I have found so far is # S904 from BullSteel.com

yep was going to say the only place I've seen them is BullSteel

if you don't have any clips to hang sign from
you can always use shower curtain clips last min.
(the plain metal type)
