Graphtec info...

so we're getting closer to purchasing our first equipment and the new quote sent over shows a Graphtec FC5000 48" cutter.. thing is i only see information on a 54" FC7000 when i search.. is there such thing or is this a CE5000? Thanks.

edit: the graphtec site is "under construction" so thats no help btw

No such thing as the FC5000... More than likely a simple typo.

FC7000 & CE5000

your probably seeing the FC5100 series, and it is actually a discontinued model replaced by the 7000 series

the 5100 is still a good machine and still serviceable by all techs and supported, at least by our dealer

without trying to start a war on here, my opinion is kinda like the CE series is for hobbyists and the FC series is for the serious sign maker...:peace!:

yup, thanks for all the replies, he meant the CE5000, i've since told him we're gonna stick with the FC7000
