View Full Version : looking for frosted static vinyl??

Hi guys,

i have a costomer who whants to put frosted exchmark vinyle in 8 windows 29''x 50''. to block off all unwanted curius eyes but to let the light still com in.

the problem is this is only for 3 weeks.

so i am looking for some kind of static vinyl i have used a couple years ago

but cant remember where i got it and if there is frosted color???

i hope you guys understand what i am taking about

because the only one i can get from my suplier is transparent or white

i've never heard of frosted static cling.

Why not just use Etchmark Vinyl or 3M Dusted Crystal Film :help:

I've never heard of frosted static cling but even using the white is going to be quite pricey for only three weeks of use on 8 windows that size... :cool:

Thin white paper should work fine. Maybe a paper sign or banner in a couple of the windows to keep the curious customers informed on what's going on.

wonder whats going on inside for 3 weeks ......... hmmmmm let the light in but no peeking huh? ....... sounds ummmmm fishy?

No static frosted and yep Mike P is correct ........ exspensive stuff! We have done some windows with it ............ very cool stuff .......

Hey guess what I fond some in the door and window department store
but like you said very expensive....
