Need to find a couple different items and no luck.
These need to be at least .05" thick
1st. Styrene sheets either precut in 6" or 9" x36" in green for making a street type sign indoor use only and applying vinyl to it.
2nd Styrene sheet in 12"x18" in white with rounded corners agai making a street type sign.

Also how easy or hard is it to cut is I just get the sheets and cut myself?

If your asking the Fire department I volunteer with has street signs made up for the fire and rescue personnel each year and they are the streets for the year at our training site. They wont give up the Alum. signs because of cost but I can if I find the green styrene and for a few bucks make the street sign for the person. This way they have a sign.
Also making a couple locker signs with the white sheets.

Thanks
James

Grimco has it in a lot of different weights, but they've only got it in white.

Styrene cuts easier than just about anything else. Simply score it once with an x-acto and snap it.

The 911 project near here uses similar markers. They are done with pvc ( Komatex)rather than styrene.
Alum. may cost more, but it's going to last longer too.
