Illustrator CS + vinyl plotter= how to cut to size?

Well I have illustrator CS and I got the plugin so my roland stika sx15 can cut straight from illustrator. Now the problem is.. How do I get the image to cut to a specific size with out resizing the image.

Im wonder if its even possible?

Create the artwork to size...If it's huge then create the artwork 1/4 the size and plot at 400%.

well considering my plotter is a "printer driver"
I would think when u go to print.. to choose your printer..
there would be an option to print at what scale full page etc etc blah blah blah.. like if you were going to print regular images off a regular printer...
