I love this printer. Seriously. The inks are inexpensive, the intelligent interweave helps prevent banding, it prints good, usable prints at 160 sfph, the job cost tracking software is great, and more. Very cool printer. Also, from a technical standpoint, it is so easy to service. Unlike HP, Kodak/Encad makes the parts in their machines very easy to access so you can usually service it yourself. Other points are that it is very user friendly and the pigmented inks give great color. However, the prints only last for about a year with lamination. If you don't need long-term durability, though, this printer is perfect.

Hey Urban thanks for the info.
looks like the print durability is the only problem, but a big one....can you use other inks in there?

thanks
