I'm wondering what I should charge for Vapor Apparel Ts. The estimate cost of the shirt is between $4.50-$8.00 + Sub paper and ink is about $1.20 per page

Pricing im looking for is listed below.

Design on front breast area 3-4"
Design on front Center area 8.5"x11"
Design on back 8.5"x11"
Design on sleeve

I can't see going any lower that $15.00 per shirt. I'm looking at the cheapest shirt being around $18.99 for a design on the front breast area.
$22.99 for front or back Design.
Front Breast and 1 Sleeve $22.99 (small designs but 2 presses)
Front and Back Designs $26.99
Front, Back and 2 Sleeves $28.99

Most of the shirts i would be doing would be Custom Designs. I will have some Stock Designs at a slightly different price.

I'm just getting more into Sublimation and my Advertising for these T's are that they "Wick-away moisture", " Fast drying" and the Sublimation on these T's has "No Hand".

One more thing...
I have a customer who wants blank shirts. What should i sell them for? (no design on shirt, all blank)

Thanks,
Shawn

Shawn,
Your pricing is about what I sell mine for, so I think you are right where you should be. One thing though - consider Hanes Softlink shirts instead of Vapor. Hanes are 50/50 cotton/poly, cotton on the inside and poly on the outside. They are thicker and way more comfortable than vapor - and prices are very close, if not identical. Plus, you don't have what my wife calls the "nipple factor" - Vapor are pretty transparent...

As for the blank shirts, you should get about 3x your landed cost, cost including shipping, etc. However, that is way too high for a blank white shirt when they could go almost anywhere and buy a plain white shirt for a couple of bucks.
