its mold injected and generally its not acrylic when they make them but a polypropeline. (think soda bottles) as far as selling them ... i think they would be a special order deal sort of how gemini can fabricate custom letters.

What makes you think that the LED's are cast into the plexi? Can you actually see that they are cast into the plexi? I can't tell from the photo.
It appears that the LED's are running in the center of the filler of the letter. It looks like all of the edges of the letters were glued, but, again, it is difficult to tell from your photo. I think the cost ofr casting that circuitry into plexi in strips like that would be to prohibitive. I think they were a speciality item. Did you take the photo or did you find it somewhere?

The lights are not injection molded, but rather added as a secondary operation. BTW, soda bottles are made from PET or PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate), not polypropylene.

Looks like a fabricated acrylic letter to me. A close up might show some fasteners on the back to access the leds.

It appears to me to be custom fabbed letters with the LED'S attached to the inside of the letter back. Does this make any sense? Just my 2 pennies after looking at the photo.

It looks to me that the leds are molded into a layer of transparent epoxy,
but can you buy the leds into sheets like that and create the shape of the mold yourself?
