Never heard of the program. Probably just a cheapo sign program. Try getting CorelDraw X3 and CoCut, much easier to use. And CorelDraw is a POWERFUL vector design program, and probably over half of the people on here could give you help on how to use it.

Signblazer I think is another aussie program. I have never used it but I presume that you would be able to make small rectangles in a different color and then centre them through the letters that require a centre and just weld them out leaving the centre inside the letters.

Yes, thank you I tried to do the rectangle in a different color but then it cut it on my vinyl cutter in two different spots....

Sorry, I was having a senior moment. What you do is use the welding module in the software first before sending it to the plotter.

Ok so I go into the letter
then draw the rectangle in a different color
then hit the weld?
wont it still want to cut the two different colors at different locations? Sorry, like I said, I just downloaded it this morning, LOL!

You should have a couple of welding options in the weld menu. The rectangles have to be a different colour if you want to punch them out. Can you do a screen save of your welding menu and post it here.

Type your text. Overlay your rectangle as previously shown in the last post. Select the letter and the rectangle. Go to Arrange, Weld, Punch through. Done
