Anyone ever installed laminated perf on roll down windows? I have a customer that wants the rear windows of his truck done...which are power windows. I can't imagine that it's a good idea, but I thought I'd check first before telling him it's a no-go. Thx.

and cut them oversize enough to squeegee down under the lower rubber moulding, but trim them just inside of the top & side moulding.
I'd still tell the client to use at their own risk, but it will work & should last pretty long.

Hrm?? you think that some of that Primer90 from 3m along the top edge would help that?

I cut the windows down by about a quarter of an inch and seal them with edge seal (optically clear laminate cut into thin roles).
I put a big emphasis on the sealed windows instead of just hoping for the best =)

ok, thanks guys. I was leaning toward not attempting it but I'll give it a shot.
