hi out there... wondering if anyone out there has tried these chromablast inks from sawgrass? says something about the imprint from the transfer paper staying on the fabric after you peel it off. but that it goes away after one washing. does anybody know this claim to be true?
surely appreciate any advice...

Yes, most of it goes away. We cut around the image as close as possible to reduce the dark area. I think it's the coating on the paper that gets transfered.
Overall, it works well. You need to use 100% cotton shirts. Sometimes it can be hard to find a good selection. Stay away from pique type shirts. They are like a loose knit and the transfer dosn't look very good.
Ideally white shirts are the best color, but most customers don't want them. We found ash to be a popular color that people like.

No, the printer can't print white. The image relies on a white or light color to produce the image. The dark color shirt will alter the final color.
