reflective screen printing ink

I've been studying and researching for a few weeks. I've asked questions of my suppliers and been to the product websites. So anybody got any helpful hints about their own experiences printing with reflective 2 part ink before I dive right in? This sure is some high dollar stuff! I can't afford a whole lot of experimentation.

if the design is not too detailed or if you are just doing simple lettering, Specialty Materials has Thermo Flex in reflective colors. I have samples for a customer but have not had a change to cut and put any on a garment yet.

Mix it right and you'll have no problems...........You'll probley have to print through a 80 mesh screen( I did some years ago) ...........
