AAG Saw your post here on your shirts you made:

They look great:U Rock:, I have a 15X15 press sitting and need to exploit its use.
I have made one or two shirts, but single color, Yours look really good, but how did you do the laces on the football? is that cut and heat press material or is that printed then cut then heat pressed?

I am still getting a handle on my new 64 mutoh VJ 1604, leaning to profile media. but this topic was on the back burner until I saw some of your work....

What I do is just give my client a free shirt with their first job and this lets them know what else I am capable of doing.

Great Idea, We are in the stages of building up our client base, and We have done a few small printed banners with the perspective clients logo, as well as "printed by" and our logo. But the shirt idea is great, as well, just need to learn more about it....

ok, you are going to make me tell my secret!!!.
The shirts with the wildcat on the fronts are actually layered thermoflex. I press the first layer for 20 seconds the the additional layers for 10 seconds each. The thermoflex will shrink so you have to be ready to do layer after layer. The laces in white where applied over the brown as a second layer. NOW.........the word Hawks and the paw with the football pattern are a proprietary product from F&M Expressions. They are pre-made heat applied transfers that they use a somewhat puff ink so the ball pattern has the feel of a ball. They are really cool. I sold 57 of the Hawks hoodie. The others were one offs. Couldn't print them on the t-jet because they were 50/50 not 100% cotton hoodies. Here is a link to the cool pre made pattern stuff. I have been using them for about a year, found them at the SGIA show last year.
