Hi guys,
Our shop focuses on routed and wide format digital print product and has been subbing out all of our screenprinting work -- mostly real estate type of coros. We are in the process of buying a UV flatbed and would like to bring lower quantities / multiple color jobs in house. Our most common size is 18x24 and we plan to print 10 per 4x8 sheet of coro and then cut them down.
Does anyone currently do this and/or have any suggestions on a reliable and efficient coro cutter capable of trimming down a 4x8 sheet?
Thanks!

I use a MAT cutter. Got it FREE at a yard sale. They cost around 400 new. Mine will cut 52" so a 4x8 is a fine fit.

I just got one from the Indy NBM Show in September and one of the best purchases I've made in a while! I use this thing everyday and it works great! Never worry about chopping off fingers and perfect straight cuts everytime. Everything comes packaged very nicely in one nylon carrying case with all the extensions included which when you need them you just connect them together.

We use a wall mounted fletcher Terry cutter. It cuts coro, foamcore and thin pvc quite well.

Another vote for the image edge dealie... I got the 120" setup, which will give you two 30" cutters (it has two blade holders with it). Do the shorter ones come in single piece setups? I can see setting up a table with a bar holder on one side... put the sheet down, clamp it with the bar, zip it with the cutter, next....

Having used both I would go with the Plast-Kut it seems to cut better
