I use a 100" Keen Cutter Javelin (http://www.keencut.co.uk/cutter_bars/cutter_bars.htm#javelin) with the Big Bench table they sell separately. We cut anything with it that one might cut with a utility knife including weeded and masked vinyl, prints, coroplast, PVC foam up to 6 mm, etc. We sometimes also use it for magnetic sheet but it will dull the blade very quickly.

What did you pay for that thing Fred?

It was about $1800 list but I negotiated with my local distributor and he sold it to me for $1500 delivered.

That was a couple of years ago.

i used a matt cutter.. professional quality. Seal procut F48. Heavy duty cuts 52" wide.
Cuts coro anything that a box cutter carpet knife will cut. Even score aluminum sheets for cutting.

One tool i couldnt do with out.
