Recently put together this website...

I need to put up a webmercial for the front page still, and do the gallery. Let me know what you think. It's designed to be very simple, very quick loading, and very lightweight. Built on XML/Flash :)

I bet i can guess your favorite font.:Big Laugh

Looks good though. Easy to navigate. You might want to throw in some color since you are selling items that are supposed to get people's attention.

Thanks hehe :)

I'm hoping the webmercial will add enough color and "pop" to the opening part of the site, but thats been the typical comment so far is that it needs a little more color.

You might want to put some Flash detect in there or a bigger link to upgrade to Flash 9. All I got was a blank screen with nothing but some small text in the corners saying i need flash 9. I am running Firefox at 1680 x 1050 with Flash 8. Fortunately, I know how to find and install flash ,but most folks need to be shown( actually, on first posting, i didnt even realize that link was to upgrade. I took a quick look at the site, was blank. Most would just move on.) The key to an effective web site is to make it as easy to use as possible.

Yeah, I usually forget to do any flash detect on some of my sites. I mainly use swfobject to load the flash app so that the site remains xhtml complient.

Thanks for pointing that out :)

save the flash as a lower version. Then you won't scare those who are not sophisticants with flash trying to download.
Or those with active media blockers who block anything but plain html to prevent invasions.

I'm hoping the webmercial will add enough color and "pop"

All them goodes are fine. But the end reslut is to get the customer to buy something. With that in mind all other points are superflous.

looks good, the only thing that I dis-like is when sites makes noises when you roll over links. But, I'm a little on the ocd side I think.

They have great tech support and a community of folks[that have sites] that are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks man. I usually agree 100% about sounds, but for whatever reason, I decided to add it on this site. I did a site for a customer and he absolutely wanted that cheesy techno music in an intro...so I was forced to do that lol.

Not trying to be a jerk, but I think there is a typo on the front page.

"your solution to all you graphic needs."

I would think it should say "your graphics", but I have been wrong before. Other then that it's looking good.
