I was hoping to make it to AC this year but one of my top clients and his wife are taking my wife and I on a big weekend hoopla...concert w/ passes, dinner, a night on the town, hotel, Sunday Brunch etc. The dinner and concert will include some deep pocketed, possible future clients for me, so I gotta do what I gotta do!

Just curious, for those in the area. How the heck do you get to AC from the south? If you get off that first AC exit, it takes you through 60 minutes of 2 lane road cutting through every small town possible. If you go up further, I think it's about 10-15 more miles up the way, and get off there, it takes you through that small town as well and finally opens up to the highway, if I remember correctly.

What's the fastest way to get there, coming from the south?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
