cutting problems

Just bought a Graphtec FC7000 MK2-160 and can not get it to cut from signlab 7.1. It will cut from Flexi 8.5 with no problem. Is it a driver issue? If so where can I find the correct driver?Any help would be appreciated.

Contact Signlab. The drivers should be in the Signlab program. You may need to use a FC older version driver, the one for the FC model before they came out with the FC7000.
