im having trouble printing the color blue.. ive spent a whole day on the phone with hp trying to find a ICC profile for XP, will this fix my problem? has anyone had this sort of trouble? or a profile?

When you say "the color blue" are you talking about any blue at all or a specific color (like a pantone for example)? Are you able to print out any test prints to see if the printheads are all firing?
