Does anyone know where i can buy Spectra sm128 printheads from?

Hmm, you might have to go with a chinese or korean company if your looking for a third party maker which might be risky, otherwise go with your machine manufacturer. Gandi, Inca, Zund & a few others should carry them but their quite expensive.
