Font ID please

Any help on this one? First thought it was Collegiate w/o the outline, but no. Also ran it thru WhatTheFont with no true match. Thanks!

Not sure why you don't think it's Collegiate. Here is Princetown which is the original name of the font. It is an outline font to begin with. Remove the inline and expand to 135% and it looks pretty much the same to me.
