Where can I find Badges for Police Car Decals

I need to find a badge like this, to put on a police 'like' car. It can even be all vector, and not in full color, it can be one or two colors, and we can fill in the spaces in another lettering.

Anyone know where I can find something like this? It will be 10"x10" tall/wide...

Why not just add the colors you need? You can buy it in many formats and just break it apart and make changes as needed.
