Help with Summa Plotter

Our plotter is not working and I need some tech support....any ideas how I go about this as this is the first time I've had any problems. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Tech support is top notch, and always friendly.

What exactly isn't it doing, does it power on? not cut?

Call Summa tech support. Like dclet said, there top notch and very friendly. If it's not turning on it probably your power supply, if so that's an easy fix.
