Emergency Vehicle "Z" Stripes

I am looking for a template or layouts for stripes for fire trucks. I saw software for this out there but can't remember where. Can anyone help me find were I can buy this if you have seen it. I have a department who wants to change their look and wants many ideas and I thought this would have many layouts. Thank you.
