Datagraph Itech series

OK got a DataGraph Itech series 48 inch plotter here. Model 848 Seams to be messing up the cutting. Cuts everything off. If there is an outline it cuts it off by a half in half way down the line. Like the Kerning is off. Does that make sense? Please help. I know it's time to get rid of it and get a new Graphtec. But tryin to convince the boss of that is easier said then done.

That machine is a workhorse. Not real sure what your problem is, but I suggest not giving up on it so soon. Perhaps give a better explanation and I may be able to help. My Datagraph is very dependable and user friendly.
