The font for "Treelorn" and the phone number is some kind of Ultra Black version of Times. I have lots of weights of Times and various clones, but not that one (unless there's a clone of it among the 2000 URW fonts on my Canvas 7 CD).

The condensed san-serif font is Compacta Bold.

Not so sure about the script.

The font is Bitstream Lapidary 333 Black (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/lapidary-333/black/) which is Bitstream's version of Perpetua.
