Looks to me like a modified Trade Bold Extended...if it's an actual font, I'd love to know...'cuz I like it!

stretched and e few serifs modified.....

ITC Blair Bold and ITC Blair Medium was the starting point. CHRISTA is stretched about 110% with the "A" modified and CONSTRUCTION is condensed to about 90%.

it's for golf tournament signs....so I'm not going to get too technical.
