State Seals?

I need the Alabama State seal. I did a search and found a website that has it (and many, many others) for $3.95. I have no problem with the price but just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with www. vector-images .com? Are they reputable? Or does any of our Merchant Members have state seals?

I think Corel clipart has some seals.

I needed the NJ state seal and that was the only place I could find it. I did the "20 downloads" deal and have since downloaded more than one image I've needed off of that site, so it's been well worth it for me.

I was skeptical giving any Russian sites my CC number so I purchased the vector-images.com package a while back using a pre-paid card. It was pretty pricey ($800ish) but I had a large job that required some of the stuff they had that no one else did so it paid for itself right away.
